I’m David, the therapist behind Hands of Hope. Before becoming an LMT, I served as an infantryman in the U.S. Army and later worked in high‑end hospitality — experiences that taught me steadiness, precision, and the value of genuine care. Massage therapy became the place where all of that came together, allowing me to honor both the science of the body and the humanity of the person in front of me. Every session begins with a brief intake and movement check so I can understand how your body is functioning today. From there, I use a blended approach integrating Swedish flow, Deep Tissue, Thai‑style compression and stretching, and Muscle Energy Technique (MET), targeted to the muscle groups that need attention. You can choose the environment that best supports your comfort level: I can bring a setup to your home or workplace for on‑site visit, or you can come for an in‑studio session. My studio sessions take place by appointment at Synergy Holistic Wellness Spa in Murfreesboro. If you’re new to my work, the 90‑minute session is the best place to begin. It gives us enough time to work through the fascia slowly, address multiple areas of tension, and create a deeper therapeutic arc without rushing your body’s natural release.
